I would like to sincerely thank Sheeva A. for all of her help throughout my very first ASU Online session. Starting a new graduate program and learning how to navigate a completely new online system could have easily felt overwhelming, but Sheeva made the transition so much easier for me. She helped me navigate the site, answered my questions, and made sure I understood where to find the resources I needed. She was especially helpful while I was working through my Shakespeare paper. Her support gave me greater confidence not only in navigating the website, but also in myself as a new graduate student. Having someone who was patient, encouraging, and willing to help made a huge difference during my first session.
